Surfer's Paradise Villa is a beachfront retreat at Mount Irvine, with sea views and direct access to the beach. Relax by the pool or jacuzzi, enjoy the sunset, or explore nearby restaurants and activities such as surfing, snorkelling, paddleboarding and kayaking.

The villa offers air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, indoor living areas and outdoor spaces for dining and relaxation. The Treehouse studio above the main house offers an ocean view, a private bathroom, a refrigerator, a microwave and its own dining and patio areas.

The courtyard has a barbecue grill and space for gathering. Hammocks and lounge chairs provide places to enjoy the Caribbean breeze. Wi-Fi, television and hot and cold water are available.

The separate Surfer's Lounge apartment has its own entrance, kitchen, bathroom and outdoor seating area. It may be available alongside the villa by arrangement, subject to the owner's availability. It is not offered as a standalone rental. Please contact the team to confirm which accommodation is included in your stay. The owner may be on the property from time to time.

Weddings, retreats, family reunions and other events may be arranged with advance approval. Housekeeping is available on request. Staff may visit the premises for necessary maintenance.

The villa is close to restaurants and local amenities. Taxi services are available.

After booking, guests receive a rental agreement to complete before arrival. It requests guest names, contact details and identification for security and emergency purposes.

Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation.
